We do not accept requests for Return/Refund with exception to items damaged in transit.

For claims of damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company directly, as you are the recipient of the package, the shipping company will only communicate and finalise any claim directly with you, not iFUku WORX. We will where possible and necessary assist you in lodgement of your claim by providing any evidence we hold that may assist your claim lodgement.

Please take your time when ordering, ensuring you select the correct size and quantities of items. Requests for Return or Refund due to Change of Mind are not accepted.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when sending an item back to us, and you must use a trackable courier service, and provide tracking information to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Deliveries will be sent via Australia Post or DHL only.

• Water warmth - Keep water cool or luke-warm when washing.

• Wash inside out - Protect your garment and increase durability

• Use mild detergent - Avoid bleach or fabric softeners

• Hang dry - To minimise wrinkles you‘ll see after washing.

• Don’t iron - Heat is used to apply the graphics on your garment. If you must iron, use low heat and place a towel over the design area, otherwise the design may deform or peel.
