Please note: Your sticker(s) will be produced exactly as written – including spaces, underscores and dots. Sizes provided are the maximum height of your decal. Your sticker length is dependant upon your character count. The maximum height of the decal at any given size is 3cm/30mm.

We do not accept requests for Return/Refund with exception to items damaged in transit.
For claims of damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company directly, as you are the recipient of the package, the shipping company will only communicate and finalise any claim directly with you, not iFUku WORX. We will where possible and necessary assist you in lodgement of your claim by providing any evidence we hold that may assist your claim lodgement.
Please take your time when ordering, ensuring you select the correct size and quantities of items. Requests for Return or Refund due to Change of Mind are not accepted.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs when sending an item back to us, and you must use a trackable courier service, and provide tracking information to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

iFUku WORX solely utilise Australia Post for Domestic deliveries, and do not use third-party couriers.
International Deliveries will be sent via Australia Post or DHL only.
Domestic shipping normally takes 2-14 days, depending on your location and service selected during checkout.
