WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Payments are processed via our online checkout. We also accept direct bank transfers and Paypal payments - Please contact us if you’d like to pay this way.

 

HOW LONG WIL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped as follows:

PARCEL POST STANDARD DELIVERY - $10 AUD

  • Order Production: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS or less

  • Estimated delivery 3-15 BUSINESS DAYS


EXPRESS POST DELIVERY - $20 AUD

  • Order Production: 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS or less

  • Estimated delivery 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our products are shipped through Australia Post. (Depending on the destination) Our Standard Shipping option takes between 3 -15 business days while our Express Shipping option takes 1 -2 business days.

Please note that Domestic and International delivery delays are being experienced by our shipping partners as a result of the impact caused by Covid-19 and recent Natural Disasters.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide through Australia Post. International orders take between 2 – 3 weeks to arrive.

DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Absolutely! All of our shipping methods use tracking. In fact, if we can’t track your order, you’ll need to provide us with an address where tracking is available. This is to not only ensure we both know where your order is between dispatch and arrival, but it also to help us locate your parcel the unlikely event where it becomes lost.

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR VINYL DECAL STICKERS MADE FROM?

Our stickers are made from Orafol ORACAL® vinyl, meaning our vinyl decal stickers will last up to 5 years. If you need a longer lasting vinyl material, please contact us to discuss further options.

 

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM VINYL DECAL STICKERS?

Yes, we can make custom vinyl decal stickers. Send us your files together with your dimension and colour requirements, and we can work it all out from there.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you don’t receive your order, please contact us advising your order number. We’ll do our very best to track down your order,  and provide you with updates. All of our shipping methods use tracking. This is to not only ensure we both know where your order is between dispatch and arrival, but it also to help us locate your parcel the unlikely event where it becomes lost.

WHY DOESN'T iFUku WORX HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

iFUku WORX doesn’t have a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls.

The iFUku WORX brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU?

Be sure to INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE eg/ order number (#XXX123456), email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY ORDER?

The disposal of uncollected goods act 1967 covers inspection, custody, storage, repair and other treatment of goods. Under this act uncollected goods may be sold six months after the date on which they were ready for collection.
